In my preparations to kick off the 2011 season next weekend in Pucon, Chile (one of my all-time favorite events) I did a 3 hour trainer ride this weekend.
Thanks to Chris Corbin, I recently came across this excerpt from The War of Art. Very appropriate as we settle into some New Year’s resolutions. Hopefully it will serve as some inspiration as we head into 2011.
I raced Ironman Arizona just over a week ago. It was the fastest I have ever gone in the Ironman. I finished 2nd to 3x World Champ, Chrissie Wellington, who set the new course record on the day.
