The essentials
Our final days in Maui came and went. Before I knew it I was on a plane bound back to Missoula with mountains, snow, puppy Madison, Chris, and friends calling my name. However, I couldn't sneak out of Maui without a paddle boarding excursion!
Once back in Missoula, I came home to an empty fridge. That is what happens when you leave your husband home alone for so long. I think all he left behind was a half empty ketchup bottle. :)
My first stop was the Good Food Store. Located just 2 blocks from our house, we shop here nearly every (sometimes multiple times) day. Let me just tell you how nice it was to get three times as many groceries than on the island and only spend half as much!
On the list:
Soy milk, Odwalla orange juice, Pellgrino
Grapefruit, clementines, gala apples
Avocado, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers & sprouts
Eggs, sharp cheddar, swiss, and laughing cow
Whole wheat bread, english muffins, & tortillas. cinnamon raisin toast, too!
Wallaby yogurt, cottage cheese, salsa, olives, & smoked turkey
I filled the cupboard with all of the Corbin's favorite carbohydrates, too!
Coconut, almond butter, peanut butter, coconut oil, & 5 grain cereal to start the day.
Pretzels, stoneground crackers, blue corn chips, raisins, almonds, fig newtons for snacks.
And of course, a giant jug of nutella!
Time to get back to training so I can start eating :).
