On the road again

Hello,

Just a quick note to let you know I raced the Columbia Triathlon this weekend over on the East Coast. While my result was far from spectacular (7th place)... I had a major break through at the race! All my mornings of getting up at 5am for swim practice are finally paying off, or perhaps it is that speedy new Xterra wetsuit I have. I nailed a great swim, had a minute and a half personal record, and came out with the lead pack of women. This is a positive step in the right direction for me as I have been struggling to figure out how to swim with the "big girls" since I turned professional. So, a big thank you to Dave Berkoff for coaching me every morning with the Missoula Aquatic Club, Lance Watson for coaching me all the time, and Keith and Glynn at Xterra for helping make my swim so fast! It is greatly appreciated. The rest of my race was all about getting back into the rhythm of things post-Ironman, as this was my first race back since Arizona. I look forward to racing the Boise 70.3 in just 12 days. Thank you for your continued support.

All the best,
Linsey Corbin
